Michael Comyn is a motivational speaker and trainer with international experience of over 25 years of informing, entertaining and bringing energy to audiences. He describes himself as a Leadership & Coherence Coach. He has specialisms in message formulation, rapport building and coaching development. More recently he has added resilience and fatigue management to his portfolio. He is an Associate Faculty Member of the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland and teaches on their development programmes. He is an associate lecturer in Dublin City University, DCU, in their School of Communications. He is also a ground instructor with Simtech Aviation and teaches aircrew on topics of communication and multi-crew operation. He is available as a keynote speaker for conferences, full day seminars or on a one to one coaching basis for senior managers and entrepreneurs. Since 2009 Michael has run FlyFearless, a seminar/simulator based programme that reduces and eliminates fear associated with flying. To date, over 880 people have successfully completed this course. For people who fly as part of their work he has developed a Flight Safety Awareness Course that gives you extra awareness of your safety when you fly - Confident Flight launches in July 2012.
